March 18, 2016

The upcoming 2016 Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (ABACE2016) will continue the strong tradition of partnering with a host of international media partners to expand the event’s scope, while also attracting prospective aircraft buyers, influential decision makers and other sought-after attendees.

With about a month to go before the start of ABACE2016, approximately 100 media representatives from more than 75 global publications, news outlets and trade press have registered to attend, and will provide coverage on the latest developments affecting the expansion of business aviation across China, and throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Media Partnerships Highlight Growing Regional, International Significance of ABACE2016

Past ABACE events have been attended by representatives from global media outlets including CNN and The Economist, as well as such influential publications as the Robb Report. For ABACE2016, worldwide media outlets like Agence-France Presse will join with aviation publications including FlightGlobal and Corporate Jet Investor, as well as a host of news organizations from all corners of the globe – from Russia to Dubai, from the Great Britain to Pakistan – to report on the latest developments from Shanghai.

“These partnerships ensure that ABACE2016 receives robust promotion in publications read by entrepreneurs and business decision-makers,” said Dan Hubbard, NBAA senior vice president of communications. “The significant media presence throughout the event will also provide exhibitors with a wide range of news outlets to share their companies’ news – both before, and during, ABACE2016.”

Perhaps most significantly, approximately 30 of these media outlets are based in China and throughout the region. This highlights the importance of ABACE2016 as the area’s premier event showcasing business aviation.

Media partners for ABACE2016 receive prime exposure to the event’s attendees and exhibitors, as well as the opportunity for their subscribers to receive reduced registration prices for ABACE, as NBAA provides personalized invites with a discount code.
