ABACE2021 Cancellation Resource for Exhibitors
The ABACE2021 exhibits team has compiled a resource for exhibitors to answer questions about the administrative considerations related to the show’s cancelation.
Exhibitors may elect to have their ABACE2021 exhibit fees refunded or applied to ABACE2022 at the 2020 rates.

Visit the online form by Friday, Mar. 12, 2021, to indicate how you would like your exhibit fees to be processed.
When is ABACE2022?
ABACE2022 will be held in Shanghai at Shanghai Hawker Pacific April 12-14, 2022.
What fees will be refunded for ABACE2021?
ABACE will refund all fees paid for ABACE2021 chalets, aircraft display space, indoor exhibit space, registration and VAT.
Can we apply our refund to ABACE2022?
Yes, indicate your preference for the fees to be credited to ABACE2022 on the ABACE2021 Refund Request Form.
How will my refunded exhibit fees be returned?
Exhibit fees will be refunded as follows:
China-based exhibitors
- If exhibit fees were paid in RMBs, refunds will be provided in RMB by the same payment method you used to make the payment.
- If exhibit fees were paid in U.S. dollars, refunds will be provided in US dollars by the same payment method you used to make the payment.
- Exhibitors will be requested to provide wiring details on the ABACE2021 Refund Request Form.
Exhibitors Not Based in China
- Exhibitors who paid by credit card will receive refunds to the same credit card that was used to make payment. If the credit card is no longer valid, please contact [email protected].
- U.S. and Canada-based exhibitors who paid by check or wire transfer will receive refunds by check.
- Other exhibitors who paid by check or wire transfer will receive refunds by wire transfer. Exhibitor will be requested to provide wiring details on the ABACE2021 Refund Request Form.
How long will it take to receive our refund?
Refunds will be processed by May 1, 2021.
