In some cases, you may be able to deduct the VAT paid to ABACE from your VAT remittance to the Chinese Tax Authority.
Please consult your tax advisor for further guidance.

For all paid registration options, a Chinese Government Tax Receipt (fapiao) may be requested during the registration process. This is required for only those who live and work in China and pay government tax.
ABACE Management must submit a tax application to the Chinese tax bureau subsequent to ABACE for approval to issue the fapiao. The approval and issuing processing has taken about 4 months based prior experience.
