ABACE2020 Cancellation Resource for Exhibitors
The ABACE2020 exhibits team has compiled a resource for exhibitors to answer questions about the administrative considerations related to the show’s cancelation. Exhibitors may elect to have their ABACE2020 exhibit fees refunded or applied to ABACE2021 at the 2020 rates.
Visit the online form by Friday, Feb. 21, 2020, to indicate how you would like to have your refund for ABACE2020 exhibit fees processed.
When is ABACE2021?
ABACE2021 will be held in Shanghai and Shanghai Hawker Pacific April 13-15, 2021.
What fees will be refunded for ABACE2020?
ABACE will refund all fees paid for ABACE2020 chalets, aircraft display space, indoor exhibit space, registration and VAT.
How will my refunded exhibit fees be returned?
Exhibit fees will be refunded as follows:
China-based exhibitors
- If exhibit fees were paid in RMBs, refunds will be provided in RMB by same payment method you used to make the payment.
- If exhibit fees were paid in U.S. dollars, refunds will be provided in US dollars by same payment method you used to make the payment.
Non-China-based exhibitors
- Exhibitors who paid by credit card will receive refund to the same credit card that was used to make payment.
- Non-U.S.-based exhibitors who paid by check or wire transfer – Exhibitors will receive refund by wire transfer.
- U.S.-based exhibitors who paid by check or wire transfer – Exhibitors will receive refund by check.
How long will it take to receive our refund?
Please allow 30 days for your refund to be processed.
Can we apply our refund to ABACE2021?
Yes, kindly indicate your preference for the fees to be credited to ABACE2021 on the ABACE2020 refund request form. Exhibitors who select this option will lock in their exhibit space for the same size at ABACE2021 at the ABACE2020 prices.
