Registration
ABACE attendees are encouraged to register for badges in advance to save money and time on site. English versions of the registration forms allow you to pay online with American Express, Visa and MasterCard in United States dollars (USD). To pay in RMB, use the Chinese registration forms.
Attendee Registration
Registration fees will be charged in USD from a U.S. location, therefore you may want to notify your credit card company of the pending charge to ensure it is accepted.
Advance Registration Through April 21

– $558 (approximately RMB 3,900)*

Due to increased security measures from the Chinese police, all ABACE attendees and exhibitors are required to provide their passport or Chinese Identification information during the registration process.
Press Registration
For members of the press to attend and cover ABACE, Chinese authorities are now enforcing long-standing requirements for all journalists in China.
All journalists must obtain either a J2 Visa or valid press card issued by the People’s Republic of China before requesting press registration.
Press registration requests will be coordinated by FleishmanHillard Shanghai and will be reviewed by the appropriate authorities.
Journalists who do not submit complete information by the April 10, 2020, deadline will be prevented from covering ABACE by the local authorities.
Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitor badges are required to access the exhibit hall, chalets, and aircraft display outside of exhibitor hours.
Complimentary exhibitor badges are provided based on allotments associated with purchased exhibit space. For more information, review Exhibitor Rules.
Additional Exhibitor Badges – $140 (approximately RMB 980)*

Visa Invitation Letter Request Form
Attendees from countries requiring Chinese visas to attend ABACE must have an invitation letter from authorities in China in order to obtain their visa.
Fapiao
For all paid registration options, a Chinese Government Tax Receipt (fapiao) may be requested during the registration process. This is required for only those who live and work in China and pay government tax.
ABACE Management must submit a tax application to the Chinese tax bureau subsequent to ABACE for approval to issue the fapiao. The approval and issuing processing has taken about 4 months based prior experience. Value Added Tax
All badge prices include 6.45% value added tax (VAT). Effective August 2013, the Chinese Tax Authority began to levy VAT on certain services previously subject to business tax on a nationwide basis.
In some cases, you may be able to deduct the VAT paid to ABACE from your VAT remittance to the Chinese Tax Authority.

Cancellation Policy

A $58 fee will be assessed for requests received in writing on or prior to April 12, 2019.
There will be NO REFUNDS AFTER April 12, 2019.
Children
Children under 12 are not permitted during move-in, move-out or on show days. Children ages 12 to 17 may attend the event only under the following conditions:
- During official hours
- If registered and with an official show badge
- If accompanied by an adult at all time
